We recognise that our partnership with the doctors and the broader community of medical professionals is critical to our success, as well as the career satisfaction and development of those that work with us. In a time when loyalty is in short supply, we wanted to put in place a program that would reward and recognise those professionals who work with us and our clients. More importantly, we know that our doctors and medical professionals are time-poor and need flexible and immediate reward programs that compensate them for the time they spend away from family and friends.The CM Medical Rapid Rewards program is our way of addressing this need.
What makes the CM Medical Rapid Rewards program different?
As a busy medical professional, we appreciate that trying to arrange your leave and holidays around the limited number of Frequent Flyer flights available is one stress you don't need. That's why at CM Medical we have created the CM Medical Rapid Rewards program for the medical professionals who work with us. Unlike other programs where you may accumulate Frequent Flyer points based on the number of shifts you work, the CM Medical Rapid Rewards program cuts to the chase and rewards you with eftpos cards that you can use wherever eftpos is accepted - and that's in over 550,000 locations Australia-wide.
Is it easy to understand and start to use?
Unlike other loyalty and referral programs, CM Medical Rapid Rewards is simple and easy to understand. You know the absolute value of each shift for you and are not forced to work out how best to allocate points that have a varying value depending on the location, date and class of flight you are looking for.

Terms and conditions for being awarded and for using the Chandler Macleod Medical Pty Ltd ('CM Medical') Rapid Rewards Programme.
CM Medical wish by offering the CM Rapid Rewards card to our locum doctors to acknowledge your loyalty to us and to reward you for this loyalty and to encourage you to refer your colleagues who haven't worked for us to CM Medical.
Loyalty Reward - As you work on temporary assignments for CM Medical you will have the potential to hit milestones that will make you eligible to receive a Rapid reward card in your name. These milestones will be based on how many shifts you have worked for us.
Referral Reward - When due to your referral CM places a 'new' (i.e. a doctor that has not already been registered on our database) doctor into a permanent post or locum assignment, you as the referee will receive a CM Rapid Reward card in your name.
CM Medical Rapid Rewards Card
The card that is issued will be in your name and can be used anywhere in Australia that accepts EFTPOS transactions.
The card will be pre-charged with funds and will able to be used by you upon receipt.

The CM Medical Rapid Rewards card will be awarded as follows:
Referral Bonus Rewards
Should a doctor be referred to CM Medical with the outcome being that the referred doctor is placed on assignment by CM Medical, and then the individual that referred the placed doctor will be eligible for our 'Referral Bonus' on the following conditions:
- For Permanent Placement: placed doctor must successfully complete initial 3-months of employment post commencement in the post.
- For Locum Placement: placed doctor must successfully complete 1-shift.
Rewards:
Locum Placement: a $250 CM Rapid Rewards card
Permanent placement: a $500 CM Rapid Rewards card
Loyalty Reward
Loyalty reward will be reviewed on monthly basis, with eligible doctors receiving their EFTPOS cards within the following calendar month.
For locum bookings that have a duration that extends from one calendar month to the next, your accrued loyalty reward will be calculated within the following calendar month.
- $50 for 1st shift worked with CM Medical
- $10 for every subsequent shift worked
- $100 upon working your 10th shift with CM Medical
Definitions:
- 1 shift = 1 day (24 -hours)
- Locum placement; means working at least 1-shift as a doctor via CM Medical
- Permanent placement; means taking a fixed-term or permanent post via CM Medical.
Other terms and conditions of participation
- Your eligibility is subject to your complying with the terms of any agreement between CM Health and you in relation to any placement, these terms and conditions or any other matter.
- When you receive your card you will also be asked to accept the terms and conditions of the card provider Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd ABN 96 138299 288('Edge'). These can be found on www.giftcardplanet.com.au. If you let another person use this card you must tell them that they will also be bound by these conditions.
- Once activated, funds are available by 12 pm the following business day. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
- If your card does not require activation and does not have activation instructions on the back of the card then the card can be used for 12 months (or until credit has been used) from the date of activation specified.
- Keep your gift card secure - anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases. If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorized transaction, immediately report this by calling Edge on 1300 079 267 and also CM Medical on 1300 301 604.
- CM Health may replace a faulty, lost or stolen card. Any replacement card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Apply by calling 1300 301 604. You must present the original receipt and reference number (located on the back of your card). Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. CM Health may subject gift cards to verification and security checks at their absolute discretion.
- If you have a query or complaint about the gift card, please raise it through CMG contact Stephanie Wells - 02 9269 8878.
- If you think there has been an incorrectly processed transaction on your card please contact the store where the mistake was made. Any approved transactions cannot be reversed.
- Cards may be used to purchase good or services at retailers in Australia with 'EFTPOS' facilities who accept the card, when the card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Some merchants may choose not to accept the card.
- Cards can not be used for withdrawing cash; cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities they can only be used for product or service purchases.
- CM Health may make changes to the programme (including changes that may detrimentally affect your entitlements pursuant to the programme) or cancel them. CM health will give you 30 days written notice of these by posting changes to this programme on our website.
- If there is any dispute about entitlement under this programme CM Health's decision will be final.
- CM health is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the card. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with the card must be resolved with the supplier.
- To the extent permitted by law, CM Health is not liable for any loss or damage (including consequential or economic or loss ) arising under or in connection with this programme, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by our negligent acts or omissions.
- If a term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then it will be read down to extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible, it will be severed and then the remaining terms will continue to have full force and effect.
- These terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales Australia. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
- NB: there may be tax implications in connection with this reward programme (for example if the reward is considered a fringe benefit and you need to declare it as such on your tax return). Please seek advice form you personal advisers in regard to the tax implications of receiving and redemption of these rewards.
